To qualify for our services, members must meet certain requirements. Individuals under the age of 18, those seeking pain management treatment, or those who are not struggling with opioid use disorder are not eligible for our services.
We accept Medicaid and have financial navigators on site to help members manage paying for the care they need.
The structure of Camas Health Recovery Center is based on Tribal behavioral healthcare programs, and both Native citizens and non-Native individuals are welcome to enter our MOUD program. The Kalispel Tribe is committed to helping our neighbors and building a stronger community.

New Patient Registration
Pre-register with our clinic by completing the secure online registration form. Your privacy is our primary concern, and we’ve taken precautions to protect your personal information. If you are unable to register online, our staff is available via phone or in person to assist you. Please call us at (509) 481-4990
Following registration, a clinic team member will reach out to schedule your first appointment.
Transferring to our recovery clinic from another facility? To begin, we will need to collect transfer documentation from your home clinic. Complete the Release of Information (ROI) form above to enable us that your home clinic may send us your medical records. We will reach out to schedule an appointment once the records are received.

The Intake Process
To ensure a smooth check-in and intake process, please keep the following items in mind:
Bring a picture ID and your insurance information* to complete registration.
Show up 20 minutes early for your first appointment.
Follow the recommendations of your medical provider carefully.
Complete an assessment with intake staff.
Attend a patient orientation within the first four weeks of beginning treatment.
Meet regularly with your counselor.
Start your recovery journey!
*If you don’t have insurance, we have a navigator on site who will screen and assist with a Medicaid application for those who are eligible.
